Welcome to We are a UK-based specialist mail order and internet retailer selling a wide range of board games, card games, jigsaw puzzles and vintage games. In addition to all of the current best-sellers and latest new releases, we stock lots of unusual board games, many imported from Europe and the U.S. We also sell a range of interesting vintage games. In addition to stocking a wide range of board games, we pride ourselves on providing a friendly, personal, efficient service. We have tried to keep this site as simple as possible to use. The structure works as follows: Home Page The buttons for navigating around the site are always on the left hand side of each page near the top. There are two ways to find a game on the
site. If you are looking for a particular game, then you may wish to use the
search facility. This can be found by clicking on the 'Search' button on which
appears in the navigation bar on the left hand side of each page. On the category page you will find an alphabetical list of all games in that category. Scroll down the list until you find the game you want. Click on the name of the game, and you will be taken to the page for that particular game which gives detailed information and pictures of the game. If you want to return to the 'Category Page' to look at the full list again, just use the relevant button on the left hand side of the page. If you wish to purchase the game, see 'How to buy' section below. Please note, we normally stock over 800 different games, and we are continually adding more games to our range You can purchase your game directly via this website, or by telephone. If you wish to order by telephone you can pay by credit/debit card, cheque, or postal order. If you wish to order via the website, all you need to do is click on the 'BUY' button on the Game Page. This is positioned at the top of the description of the game. Once you have clicked on the 'BUY' button, you will be taken to the Shopping Cart. The Shopping Cart operates in exactly the same way as a shopping basket at the supermarket. Adding a game to the shopping cart does not commit you to buying it. If you change your mind, you can delete any items from the shopping cart by clicking on the 'View Cart' button which appears on every page of the site Once you decide to purchase the items in your shopping cart, just click on the 'Checkout' button and you will be taken to the secure server (you will see the 'padlock' symbol in the bottom right hand corner of the page) where you can choose your payment method and place your order. If you choose to pay by credit or debit card you can do so with ease, using via our secure payment system. All card payments are processed by HSBC. Please read our conditions of trading listed in detail on the 'Terms and Conditions' page, a link to which can be found at the bottom of this page, or on the navigation bar at the top left of this page. We know that buying on the internet for the first time can be daunting, so if you are unsure of any aspect of the buying process, please feel free to contact us (during normal business hours) and we will be happy to talk you through it. When you go to the 'Checkout', you will be asked how you wish to pay (credit card, cheque, etc.), and will be given the relevant instructions. If you encounter any problems, or are not sure what to do, just cancel the order and contact us. We can then either talk you through the procedure, or take the order over the telephone. Most games are normally despatched within 3 working days (the next working day where possible), subject to stock availability, credit card authorisation, cheque clearance etc.. Please note that delivery times can be longer but you will be notified by email if your order will take longer than 5 working days to despatch. Delivery times may be slightly longer around the period Xmas period. Some games are made to order, and have a longer delivery time, but this is always noted on the page relating to that particular game. Postage and packing costs are listed separately in the shopping cart. Standard mainland UK post and packing charges range from 99p to a maximum of £8.95 per order (excluding bulk orders and larger items). We have a minimum p&p charge of £1.95 per order. All games are checked and packed by hand, using good quality packing materials. For UK deliveries we normally send all games by 1st Class Post or Parcelforce courier. We offer a number of 'upgrades' to the standard shipping option, including next day delivery etc.. For pricing details of all these options, please email or call us before placing your order.
