A Waddington's favourite for over 40 years, Buccaneer can be enjoyed by the whole family. The object of the game is to sail the ocean, collect a pre-determined amount of treasure, and return to port with your crew and treasure intact. However, in addition to storms, a lull in the winds, and outbreaks of Yellow Fever among your crew, you must steer clear of your fellow player's ships. Given half a chance they will attack your ship and steal your treasure!

The copy of the game that we have for sale (similar to the one pictured below) is the mid-70's version, which was the first to have the jigsaw-type four piece board, and the plastic 'treasure chests'. This copy has all of the original 'treasure', and is in very good overall condition.
